Check In

1. Greet Guest: Welcome to Casablanca. You are here to check in?

2. Can I please see an ID for the name on the reservation, and do you happen to know the room number? How many guests will be staying?

3. Look up the reservation in Today's Guest Registry

4. Find the Order Number and match it to the Order Number in Shopify (log in with google). Make sure the guest's name matches and the check in date is correct to ensure you are in the correct order.

5. Under 'Notes' in Shopify enter
    a) Guest name as written on ID
    b) Last 4 digits of the customer ID
    c) The current date and time for the check in.

6. Ask the guest what day they are checking out and confirm this matches the reservation. If it does not, make a note and inform management.

7. Sell parking and let them know it is valet (no free or public parking).

8. Fill out Guest ID card and inform them to access the rules of the Property via QR Code.

9. State "Enjoy Your Stay, reminder please check out when you are leaving."

Check Out

1. Greet Guest: Thank you for staying at Casablanca. How may I assist you?

2. Ask the guest for their last name and room number and find the reservation in Today's Guest Registry

3. Find the Order Number in the last column and match it to the Order Number in Shopify. Make sure the guest's name matches and the check out date is correct. If checkout date does not match, inform management.

5. Under Notes enter
    a) The current date and time for the check out.

6. Tell the guest their check out is complete, thank them for staying at Casablanca and we look forward to seeing them again soon.
